How does BackTrack handle client questions?

BackTrack is a company that has been a pioneer in our industry and is among the first to provide the dedicated team concept to our clients.  Our team, which consists of a group of trained investigators and a manager assigned to specific companies, allows us to become familiar with the needs of your company.  Our team members work on a day-to-day basis with their client companies and are generally on a first name basis with all of the important contacts within those companies.  In essence, our teams strive to become an integral adjunct member of your recruiting process.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time.  Our telephones are answered by people during our business hours, and your calls are directed to the best person to answer your question.  You won’t have to go through a menu of options or press several buttons – you will be able to speak with a real person when you call us.  And, if you call after hours, all of our staff members have both email and voicemail for messages at any time.  Our website retrieval is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
