BackTrack and Employee Training
BackTrack is proud of its employees and the training they receive. Our training program for all new employees is extensive and covers all facets of our operation. All staff members are trained from day one in the proper laws and regulations regarding the industry and periodic reviews take place when changes are enacted. New investigators are under probation until they are able to meet company standards. Security and confidentiality issues are trained on day one with all new investigators, and our entire staff undergoes review training in these areas every year. Customer service training is also a big focus of the program.
New staff members learn each facet of their job in a systematic way and are expected to show proficiency in an area before new skills are taught. The skills are broken down into individual modules and build upon each other allowing the new employees to master each skill before beginning the next. All work done by the new staff is checked for completeness and accuracy by the training department and/or the team manager before it is sent to our clients to ensure that our standards of quality are met.
Current employees also undergo periodic training and attend the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) monthly educational webinars, which cover various topics in the screening industry. We monitor legislation through our membership with (NAPBS) and the National Public Record Research Association (NPRRA) and keep our staff members up to date on laws and regulations to help keep your company compliant.
