Employers have known for years to avoid certain interview questions during the hiring process. The recent Supreme Court decision in the Abercrombie & Fitch suit has turned some of that upside down. So what questions can you legally ask now? And how should they be asked?

Several states have laws relating to background screening. What type of services can be requested in your background check? What are the requirements in my state? We have locations across the United States. How can I be sure that what I am doing is complying with both the federal and state requirements?
