John Hawkins has been with BackTrack since it’s inception in 1994. Although he is responsible for new sales, John knows that his priority is to provide our existing clients with personal customer service so excellent that each client will be enthusiastic about their business relationship with BackTrack. Susan Gurbach, Vice President of Investigations began at BackTrack in 1994 with the company start-up. Susan was instrumental in creating systems and services for BackTrack from the ground up. She has since managed all departments and as the company grew, Susan has focused on the Investigations Division. The Investigations Division processes employment, education and credential verifications. Susan manages a staff of five team managers and 35 staff members. Susan and her teams focus on completing the background reports in the quickest time possible and providing clients with exceptional customer service.
Barb Raddatz joined BackTrack in 1996 and through the years has helped development the Operations Department at BackTrack. The Operations team focus is Compliance, Research and building our Vendor Network. In her current position Barb oversees the Criminal Records, Order Entry Department, Processing Department and Drug Screening divisions. Together we uphold BackTrack’s strong standards of excellence and dedication by offering our clients the best customer service and background reports possible.
Tim Gandee is no stranger to the background screening industry. Having spent four years as a background investigator and seven years as a recruiter with BackTrack, he understands the importance of getting the right person for the job. Tim has been BackTrack’s Regional Sales Manager for the past four years and enjoys helping companies screen out liabilities, while capturing the best and most ethical talent. Tim is uniquely qualified to understand how to effectively screen candidates for employment and can identify areas to help keep costs down during the screening process. Debbie Neuhofs, Vice President of Human Resources, has been with BackTrack since 1998. Debbie first started in the Operations Department doing everything from log-in, driving records, workers compensation and processing of orders. From there she was promoted to Manager of Human Resources and Accounting. With BackTrack’s growth came another promotion to Vice President of Human Resources. Debbie now handles all the hiring, payroll, plus all the activities that comes along with running the Human Resource Department.
Lori Morgan has been with BackTrack since 1996. She is Manager of Operations and oversees the Processing Department. Her main responsibilities include instructing and assisting the processors. The Processing Department oversees the initial steps BackTrack takes in determining our clients’ services and making sure the requirements are met both accurately and efficiently. She also assists clients with any requests they may have.
Stephanie Fatica started at BackTrack in 1997 as an Employment Investigator. She was made a supervisor and then was promoted to Manager of Investigations. For most of her seventeen years with the company, she led a team of investigators processing background reports and acted as a point of contact for many long-term and new clients. Stephanie helped to start our DOT team and became very well versed in the DOT, FAA, and FMCRA regulations. Stephanie is currently undertaking a new project and has been promoted to the position of Branch Manager.
Laura Goble has been with BackTrack since 1997 and has progressed through many roles. Starting as a background investigator, she has moved through the ranks and learned the industry’s rules and regulations. Laura holds advanced certification in the FCRA through the NAPBS® and holds several private investigator licenses. Deanna has been with BackTrack since 1998. Over the years, Deanna has played a role in just about every department within the company. She is currently the Manager of Customer Service and oversees all incoming inquiries from current and potential clients. She also assists our sales team with the implementation of new accounts.
Cheryl Cochran has been with BackTrack since 1999. She started as an investigator in the Investigations Division and received several promotions to her current position as an Operations Manager of the Drug Screening Department. In her role, she oversees the account set up process between BackTrack’s drug screening partners and our clients. Cheryl also answers questions from current clients and potential clients regarding the drug screening process. In her various positions at BackTrack, Cheryl has always made it a priority to provide each client with outstanding customer service.
Deb Scott has been with BackTrack since 1999. She is currently our Manager of Training and Quality Control. In her position, Deb is responsible for the training of new employees as well as providing continuing training for our current staff. She additionally oversees our quality control program, ensuring that the reports provided to our clients meet the highest standards.
Kim Pflueger has been with BackTrack since 2000. She is currently a Manager of Investigations. During her first seven years with the company she was an Employment Investigator, promoted to Assistant Manager, then Manager of several cross-functional teams. Throughout her time with the company she has contributed to the development and advancement of the entire screening process from start to finish. In addition to managing a team of Investigators, she works as a Client Team Manager and also administers our international verification process. She interacts closely with clients, vendors and contacts both in the U.S. and abroad to maintain the quality, accuracy and efficiency of our services. Kim’s commitment to client service and our customers, combined with her leadership and management skills has enabled BackTrack to deliver unparalleled services in our industry.
Tonya Cipolletta started at BackTrack in 2000 as an employment investigator. Through her years of service, Tonya has worked in several departments to which she has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the complete background screening process. In her current position, Tonya manages a team of employees whose sole focus is criminal records research. Tonya and her team have a vast experience of criminal records research and the complexities involved relating to each state’s criminal record reporting requirements. Tonya also works closely with our compliance department to stay informed on the latest regulations being passed into law that effect criminal record reports.
Katie Ward has been with BackTrack since 2003. In her years with the company, Katie has had experience in almost every department, including Investigations, Order Processing, Order Entry, Driving Records, and Workers Compensation claims. She is currently the Manager of Operations with a focus in Order Entry, Driving, and Workers Compensation. In her role, she is responsible for making sure all orders are received, are compliant with federal and state laws, and are entered into the BackTrack system to be ready for Processing. She is also responsible for making sure all driving records and workers compensation claim requests are ordered according to each state’s laws. Katie provides training to all new hires in both departments and provides continual training as state and federal regulations are updated.
Jen Welch began her career with BackTrack as an Employment Investigator in 2005. She then transitioned into a position as an investigator on the DOT team. She is currently a Manager of Investigations. She oversees a team of investigators who are dedicated to the handling of DOT reports. Jen works closely with our DOT regulated clients to ensure that we are doing our part to help them remain in compliance with their industry regulations.
Lynne Donley started at BackTrack in 2010. She began her time with BackTrack as an Employment Investigator and soon moved into the order entry department where she helped facilitate accurate order set up in compliance with client directives. After extensive time in this department, Lynne has taken on the Manager role of the Data Entry and Education Departments. In this role, Lynne facilitates proper procedure of education verifications and consistently maintains relationships with scholastic vendors. Lynne strives for complete accuracy in her department’s work and continues to cultivate a customer first atmosphere.
Jennifer Fielder started at BackTrack in 2005. Jen began her BackTrack career as an Investigator soon moving to several other positions and departments within the company including Manager of our Order Entry and Education teams. She has been instrumental in facilitating communication and establishing procedure between clients and other departments to produce timely, accurate results while maintaining compliance for forms and documentation. Jennifer also assisted in establishing workflow procedure between in our offices. Most recently, Jennifer has taken on the role of Manager of Investigations bringing with her, her passion for customer service and excitement for working together toward accurate completion of all client requests. She also services our international verifications and acts as a liaison between clients and vendors globally.
Sheri Sanders prior to joining Backtrack she worked for a CPA firm for 17 years. She joined the BackTrack team in 2013. Sheri is responsible for all accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
