John Hawkins

John Hawkins has been with BackTrack since it’s inception in 1994. Although he is responsible for new sales, John knows that his priority is to provide our existing clients with personal customer service so excellent that each client will be enthusiastic about their business relationship with BackTrack. Tim Gandee

Tim Gandee is no stranger to the background screening industry. Having spent four years as a background investigator and seven years as a recruiter with BackTrack, he understands the importance of getting the right person for the job. Tim has been BackTrack’s Regional Sales Manager for the past four years and enjoys helping companies screen out liabilities, while capturing the best and most ethical talent. Tim is uniquely qualified to understand how to effectively screen candidates for employment and can identify areas to help keep costs down during the screening process.
